What is BaZi / Four Pillars Sia?

BaZi (八字, "eight characters") or the Four Pillars (四柱) encode your birth year, month, day, and hour each as a pair of Heavenly Stem (天干) and Earthly Branch (地支) — eight characters total lah. From the Day Master (the day pillar stem) and the balance of the five elements, BaZi is read to understand your character and life tendencies. The "bone weight" calculator is just one heavily simplified version of the same data only.
