How to use this sitemap
Download the file and upload it to your site's root as /sitemap.xml (or wherever your CMS serves static files), then submit it in Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools.
Only list canonical, indexable URLs that return a 200 status, one version of each page. Leave out redirects, noindex pages, and duplicate parameter URLs.
changefreq and priority are hints, not guarantees, search engines may ignore them; lastmod is the value most likely to influence recrawl timing, so keep it accurate.
