This Privacy Policy explains how PT. Seoultra Metric Indonesia ("SEOULTRA", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use https://seoultra.id and its subdomains and services (the "Service"), including our free SEO tools, the dashboard, the forum, and our SEO/digital-marketing services. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

We aim to collect as little as possible. Depending on how you use the Service:

  • Tool inputs & usage: when you run a tool we record the tool used, the date/time, your approximate country, your IP address, your browser user-agent, and the input you submitted (e.g. a domain or URL). Secrets and reCAPTCHA tokens are stripped before storage. This powers usage statistics and abuse prevention.
  • Account / social sign-in: if you choose to sign in (Google, and optionally X, Discord, LinkedIn, GitHub), we receive a basic profile from that provider — typically your name, email address, and avatar — to identify you and save your tool history.
  • Content you submit: forum posts, directory listings, contact messages, or files you upload to a tool.
  • Payment data: if you buy a Pro upgrade, ad package, premium domain, or listing, the payment is processed by PayPal or Midtrans. We receive the order status and reference — never your full card details.
  • Standard log data: like most sites, our servers and CDN log requests (IP, time, page, referrer, user-agent).

2. Cookies & similar technologies

We use a small number of cookies:

  • Session cookies (e.g. PHPSESSID, dash_sid) — keep you signed in and protect forms with CSRF tokens.
  • Language preference (seoultra_lang) — remembers your chosen language across tools.
  • Analytics & advertising — Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel set cookies to measure traffic and campaign performance.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser; some features (such as staying signed in) may not work without them.

3. How we use information

  • To provide, operate, and improve the tools and services;
  • To remember your preferences and (if signed in) your tool history;
  • To produce aggregate usage statistics;
  • To prevent abuse, spam, and fraud (including reCAPTCHA and rate limiting);
  • To process orders and send transactional emails about them;
  • To respond to your enquiries.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Third-party services

We rely on reputable providers, each governed by its own privacy policy: Google (OAuth sign-in, Analytics, reCAPTCHA, Fonts), Meta (Pixel), Cloudflare (CDN/security), PayPal and Midtrans (payments), SerpApi (live search results for some tools), and Telegram (bot/forum login). When you use a tool that fetches a third-party URL you provide, that request is made on your behalf.

5. Data retention

Tool-usage logs and analytics are kept only as long as needed for statistics and abuse prevention. Account data is kept while your account is active. You may ask us to delete your account data at any time (see Contact).

6. Your rights & choices

  • Use the tools anonymously — no account required;
  • Switch language or clear cookies at any time;
  • Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data;
  • Disconnect a linked social account from the Services page.

7. Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards — HTTPS everywhere, hashed passwords, scoped database access, CSRF protection, and rate limiting. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International users

Our servers and providers may process data outside your country. By using the Service you consent to such processing.

10. Links to other sites

The Service may link to external sites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content or privacy practices — please review their policies.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted here, with the "Last updated" date revised. Please review periodically.
