Seoultra App Terms of Service

1. Scope of Service
Seoultra App is operated by PT. Seoultra Metric Indonesia and provides account access, login verification, WhatsApp Business communication workflow, and automated broadcast features for approved business use cases.
By accessing or using Seoultra App, you agree to these Terms of Service and any applicable policies published on seoultra.id.
2. Account Access and OTP Login
- You must provide accurate and current account information.
- Login may require One-Time Password (OTP) verification sent to your registered phone number.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of OTP codes and account credentials.
- You must immediately notify us of unauthorized access, credential leakage, or suspicious login activity.
3. WhatsApp Business Messaging and Automatic Broadcast
- Broadcast messages may only be sent to recipients who have given valid opt-in consent.
- You may not use Seoultra App for spam, harassment, deception, phishing, or unlawful promotions.
- Message content must comply with applicable law and WhatsApp Business Platform policies.
- You are responsible for all message templates, contact imports, schedules, and campaign targeting performed under your account.
- Recipients must be able to opt out, and opt-out requests must be honored promptly.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activities.
- Attempt to bypass security, reverse engineer, or disrupt service availability.
- Upload or distribute malware, harmful scripts, or unauthorized content.
- Process personal data without a lawful basis, notice, and required consent.
5. Data Handling and Privacy
Your use of Seoultra App is also governed by applicable privacy and data protection requirements. We process account and operational data necessary to authenticate users, deliver messages, protect platform security, and maintain service quality.

6. Third-Party Services
Seoultra App may rely on third-party infrastructure and messaging providers, including WhatsApp Business Platform. Third-party availability, API limits, policy changes, and provider actions may affect service operation.
7. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we detect policy violations, security risks, abuse, unlawful activity, or behavior that may harm recipients, partners, or platform integrity.
8. Service Availability and Changes
We may improve, update, replace, or discontinue features at any time to maintain reliability, performance, legal compliance, and operational security.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PT. Seoultra Metric Indonesia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, message delivery delays, third-party outages, or policy enforcement actions by external platforms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent jurisdiction under Indonesian law, unless otherwise required by mandatory regulations.
