This page explains how users of Seoultra App can request deletion of personal data related to login, WhatsApp Business messaging, and automatic broadcast activities.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

You may request deletion using one of the methods below:

1. Send an email to info<at>seoultra.id with subject: Data Deletion Request - Seoultra App.
2. Include your registered phone number, account/workspace identifier, and reason for deletion (optional).
3. We may verify your identity through OTP or account ownership checks before processing deletion.

3. What Data Will Be Deleted

• Account profile data and login identifiers tied to your app account.
• Broadcast configuration, campaign records, recipient lists, and non-required messaging history.
• Associated application metadata that is no longer needed for legal, fraud, or security obligations.

4. Data That May Be Retained Temporarily

Some records may be retained for limited periods where required by law, billing, security, anti-abuse controls, dispute handling, or legitimate compliance obligations.

• Security and audit logs required to investigate abuse or unauthorized access.
• Transactional or billing records required by regulation and accounting standards.
• Backup snapshots retained for disaster recovery and later overwritten on schedule.

5. Processing Timeline

• Request acknowledgment: up to 3 business days.
• Primary account data deletion: generally within 30 days after identity verification.
• Backup purge cycle: up to 90 days, depending on backup rotation schedules.

6. WhatsApp Business Specific Notes

• You remain responsible for messages already delivered to recipient devices.
• Platform-side logs retained by external providers are governed by those providers' policies.
• After deletion, your account should no longer be able to run automatic broadcast campaigns from Seoultra App.

7. Data Protection Commitment

PT. Seoultra Metric Indonesia applies reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect account data against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, and unlawful disclosure.
