PT. Seoultra Metric Indonesia receives calls and emails from the public asking for explanation of business offers, job offers, prize draws, and requests for money transfers made using our company name.
Common Scams
What to watch out for
- Proposal on cooperation. Business fraud is often made under the pretense of PT. Seoultra Metric Indonesia in various forms and usually asks for money transfer in local or foreign currency.
- Employee recruitment. Job offers are sent from unauthorized organizations or individuals pretending to represent PT. Seoultra Metric Indonesia, then requesting transfer for work permit, insurance, or administration fees. PT. Seoultra Metric Indonesia has never asked candidates to pay money at any recruitment stage. All hiring communication must come from official company contacts.
- Gifts and giving. Prize messages via email or SMS that request payment to claim rewards are scams. PT. Seoultra Metric Indonesia is not involved in lottery, prize draw, or grant distribution via random messages.
What to do
If you experience this
- Do not respond to suspicious business or job offers from people or email addresses you do not know or trust.
- Do not disclose personal or financial data to unknown parties. Report suspicious activity to law enforcement if needed.
- Be cautious with messages from non-official email domains asking for money in Indonesian or English.
