Kegiatan ini memiliki tujuan yang beragam, termasuk perjalanan antar kota hingga antar pulau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dalam mengantisipasi tingginya antusiasme masyarakat untuk mudik, terutama saat berpuasa, diperlukan beberapa langkah untuk menjaga kesehatan. Hindari Dehidrasi saat Perjalanan Mudik<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Penting bagi pemudik, terutama yang berkendara, untuk menghindari dehidrasi saat berpuasa. Disarankan untuk minum delapan gelas air sehari, dengan pola dua gelas saat sahur, empat gelas setelah berbuka, dan dua gelas sebelum tidur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Perhatikan Posisi Duduk saat Perjalanan Mudik<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Posisi duduk yang benar dapat mengurangi risiko pegal-pegal saat perjalanan jarak jauh. Disarankan untuk duduk tegap dengan kedua kaki diberi jarak, menghindari posisi membungkuk yang dapat menyebabkan sakit punggung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Melakukan Peregangan Rutin<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Peregangan selama perjalanan dapat membantu mengurangi ketegangan tubuh. Disarankan untuk melakukan peregangan sederhana seperti memutar kaki dan merenggangkan tangan secara berkala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Mengatur Pola Makan<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Penting bagi pemudik untuk makan secukupnya saat sahur dan berbuka. Hindari makan berlebihan yang dapat mengganggu kenyamanan selama perjalanan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Istirahat Secara Teratur<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jika Anda mengemudi, disarankan untuk beristirahat setiap dua jam sekali. Hindari mengemudi terlalu lama tanpa istirahat untuk menjaga konsentrasi dan keamanan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Persiapkan Obat-obatan Pribadi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selalu bawa obat-obatan pribadi yang diperlukan, terutama bagi penderita penyakit tertentu seperti asam lambung. Juga, bawa obat-obatan ringan seperti obat demam dan anti-mabuk perjalanan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Menurut survei Kementerian Perhubungan, puncak hari mudik diperkirakan pada H-2 (Senin, 8 April 2024) dengan potensi pergerakan 26,6 juta orang.
