Banyak orang Indonesia, terutama anak muda, pernah ngalamin susah tidur atau gangguan tidur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kenapa Sulit Tidur Bisa Terjadi?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ada banyak faktor yang bikin tidur jadi berantakan. Mulai dari insomnia, stres, depresi, sampai kebiasaan scrolling media sosial sebelum tidur. Saking asyiknya main TikTok atau Instagram, waktu tidur jadi ketunda. Ribuan tahun lalu, salah satu sahabat Nabi Muhammad SAW, yaitu Zaid bin Tsabit, juga pernah mengeluhkan insomnia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beliau sampai mendatangi Rasulullah SAW untuk minta solusi. Wahai Dzat Yang Maha Hidup, tenangkanlah malamku dan tidurkanlah mataku.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Setelah membaca doa ini, Zaid bin Tsabit akhirnya bisa merasa damai dan tidur lebih nyenyak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tidur Itu Bukan Cuma Istirahat<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kisah ini ngajarin kita kalau tidur bukan sekadar kegiatan biologis, tapi juga bagian dari ibadah dan cara menenangkan jiwa.
