Karena perannya begitu besar, menjaga kesehatan jantung bukanlah pilihan, melainkan kebutuhan. Faktanya, penyakit jantung masih menjadi penyebab kematian utama di dunia, termasuk di Indonesia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kurangi Lemak Jahat<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salah satu langkah penting adalah membatasi konsumsi lemak jenuh dan lemak trans. Lemak ini biasanya ada di makanan cepat saji, gorengan, mentega, krimer, sosis, hingga nugget. Jika berlebihan, lemak jahat bisa meningkatkan kolesterol LDL dan menurunkan HDL. Idealnya, konsumsi gula tidak lebih dari 50 gram per hari, sedangkan garam maksimal 1 sendok teh per hari. Biasakan baca label gizi sebelum membeli produk makanan agar lebih aman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Perbanyak Sayur, Buah, dan Ikan<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sayur dan buah kaya serat, vitamin, dan mineral yang bantu menjaga tekanan darah, mengikat kolesterol, hingga melawan peradangan. Sayuran hijau seperti bayam, brokoli, dan pakcoi sangat baik untuk mencegah plak di pembuluh darah. Buah alpukat dan beri juga kaya antioksidan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selain itu, konsumsi ikan laut berlemak seperti salmon, tuna, dan kembung 2\u20133 kali seminggu bisa memberikan asupan omega-3 yang menyehatkan pembuluh darah. Cara memasaknya pun sebaiknya sehat, misalnya dipanggang, ditumis, atau dipepes, bukan digoreng dengan minyak banyak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pilih Lemak Baik<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Untuk sumber lemak sehat, bisa mengandalkan kacang-kacangan seperti almond dan kenari, serta biji-bijian seperti oats, kinoa, dan chia seed. Minyak sehat seperti olive oil, VCO, atau alpukat juga lebih ramah untuk jantung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jangan Lupakan Pola Hidup Sehat<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Makan sehat saja tidak cukup. Jantung juga butuh olahraga rutin, tidur cukup, menjaga berat badan ideal, dan mengelola stres.
