Padahal, kebiasaan-kebiasaan sepele yang kita anggap biasa aja, kalau dibiarkan terus-menerus bisa berdampak buruk buat kondisi fisik dan pikiran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ada banyak faktor yang bisa bikin mahasiswa rentan mengalami gangguan mental. Mulai dari pola makan yang berantakan, jarang gerak, sampai kualitas tidur yang buruk. Belum lagi tekanan dari luar seperti masalah keluarga, pertemanan, tugas kuliah yang numpuk, atau urusan finansial\u2014semuanya bisa bikin mental makin gampang drop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Masalah lainnya, banyak orang suka asal mendiagnosis dirinya sendiri. Cuma gara-gara baca di media sosial atau forum online, langsung merasa dirinya kena gangguan mental tertentu, padahal belum tentu. Kalau sudah begini, bisa-bisa malah salah langkah karena nggak konsultasi ke ahlinya dulu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tapi tenang, ada kok cara simpel buat jaga kesehatan mental. Jaga Pola Makan Sehat<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pilih makanan yang baik buat tubuh. Kurangi makanan cepat saji, cemilan tinggi gula, atau yang banyak lemak jenuh. Tidur yang Cukup dan Berkualitas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jangan begadang terus! Tidur yang cukup itu penting banget buat kesehatan mental. Biar tidur makin nyenyak, coba deh tidur di ruangan yang nyaman, lampu dimatikan, pakai baju yang adem, dan jauhkan pikiran dari hal-hal berat sebelum tidur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.
