Gorengan dan Makanan Berlemak Tinggi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Siapa sih yang bisa nolak gorengan? Mulai dari bakwan, tahu isi, sampai kerupuk\u2014semuanya menggoda. Tapi, hati-hati ya! Makanan ini kaya lemak yang bikin lambung bekerja lebih lambat. Lemak juga bisa bikin katup antara lambung dan kerongkongan melemah, alhasil asam lambung gampang banget naik.
