Semua makanan enak kayak opor, rendang, kue-kue manis langsung diserbu. Terus, meskipun banyak acara silaturahmi, usahakan tetap tidur cukup ya, sekitar 7-8 jam biar badan tetap segar dan nggak gampang sakit. Hindari juga minum kopi atau teh terlalu dekat dengan waktu tidur biar tidurnya nyenyak. Oh iya, jangan lupa juga minum air putih yang cukup, minimal 2 liter sehari!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Balik ke Gaya Hidup Sehat<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Setelah Ramadan, bagus banget kalau kita bisa kembali ke pola hidup sehat. Kurangi makanan olahan dan perbanyak makan sayur dan buah segar. Bahkan, kalau bisa, lanjutkan kebiasaan puasa dengan puasa sunah seperti Senin dan Kamis.
