Perut sering terasa penuh dan bawaannya ingin istirahat terus. Tapi jangan khawatir, kembali ke kebiasaan hidup sehat itu lebih mudah dari yang kamu kira kok! Yuk, simak tips sehat berikut ini:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jangan Langsung Diet Ketat, Santai Aja!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Biasanya nih, abis Lebaran banyak yang langsung pengen diet ekstrem. Padahal, mendingan kita kurangin porsi makan secara perlahan aja. Ingat kan, waktu puasa kita udah biasa makan nggak terlalu banyak? Nah, badan juga butuh adaptasi lagi. Coba deh, pakai piring yang lebih kecil biar nggak kalap makannya. Terus, kunyah makanan pelan-pelan biar otak kita sempat kasih sinyal kalau udah kenyang. Jangan nurutin mata yang laper ya!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pilih Makanan yang Lebih Bersahabat Sama Perut<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Setelah &#8220;pesta&#8221; makanan berlemak dan manis pas Lebaran, perut kita butuh makanan yang lebih ringan. Nggak usah langsung makan berat-berat. Pilih aja karbohidrat kompleks kayak nasi merah, ubi, atau kentang. Terus, protein tanpa lemak dari ikan, ayam tanpa kulit, atau tahu juga bagus. Bangun subuh buat sahur terus begadang pas malam takbiran bikin tidur jadi nggak karuan. Biar balik normal, coba deh tidur dan bangun di jam yang sama setiap hari. Hindari minum kopi atau teh deket-deket jam tidur.
