Namun, salah satu tips berpuasa yang penting diingat adalah menjaga pola makan agar tidak berlebihan. Mengonsumsi terlalu banyak hidangan berminyak, gorengan, atau makanan manis saat Ramadan justru dapat memicu kenaikan berat badan. Justru, bulan suci ini bisa menjadi peluang emas untuk memulai perubahan menuju pola makan yang lebih sehat dan berkelanjutan, bahkan setelah Ramadan usai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Makanan yang Oke untuk Buka Puasa<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Saat buka puasa, coba deh pilih makanan yang banyak airnya. Ini penting banget buat rehidrasi tubuh setelah seharian penuh berpuasa. Makanan berkuah seperti sup atau semur, salad segar, atau buah-buahan seperti mentimun, melon, apel, tomat, seledri, paprika, dan zukini bisa jadi pilihan tepat.
