Temuan ini menegaskan urgensi responsivitas dalam menjaga kesuksesan penjualan online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Laporan tersebut juga mencatat bahwa sebanyak 77% konsumen mengharapkan respons dari customer service dalam waktu kurang dari 2 menit.
