Fenomena live streaming bukan hanya tren biasa, tetapi mencerminkan evolusi perilaku konsumen dan strategi penjualan online. Kompetisi yang dinamis dan kolaborasi antara dua pemain besar di akhir tahun 2023 juga menarik perhatian Ipsos dalam penelitian ini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Performa Platform Live Streaming<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hasil survei &#8220;Tren E-commerce bagi Penjual&#8221; menunjukkan bahwa Shopee Live adalah platform yang paling banyak digunakan dan disukai oleh brand lokal dan UMKM, dengan dukungan sebesar 96%. Peringkat ini diikuti oleh TikTok Live dengan 87% dukungan, lalu Lazada Live dengan 71%, dan terakhir Tokopedia Play dengan 62%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dalam hal penggunaan marketplace, Shopee Live juga memimpin secara signifikan dengan 88% pemakaian oleh brand lokal dan UMKM. Ini menunjukkan dominasi Shopee Live di e-commerce karena pelaku bisnis lokal dan UMKM memilihnya untuk keterlibatan konsumen dan penjualan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Keterlibatan Konsumen<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Penggunaan siaran langsung sebagai alat pemasaran telah terbukti bermanfaat dalam e-commerce. Penjual dari berbagai kategori produk, seperti Fashion, Beauty, Care &amp; Health, FMCG, dan Lifestyle, memanfaatkan fitur ini untuk meningkatkan interaksi dengan konsumen. Laporan tersebut menyoroti bahwa Shopee Live menjadi platform paling dominan dalam hal porsi nilai transaksi, dengan 44% bagian dari total nilai pasar. TikTok Live menempati posisi kedua dengan 28%, sedangkan Lazada Live berada di urutan ketiga dengan 17%. Terakhir, Tokopedia Play memiliki pangsa pasar sebesar 12%.
